An apparent police investigation is underway Wednesday morning outside a condo building in Hallandale Beach.
The police presence focused on the luxury Beach Club Hallandale on South Ocean Drive.
Authorities could be seen walking in and out of the building, but did not immediately comment on the subject of the investigation.
A tenant said they were unsure what was going on.
